What data we process
Technical logs: when you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to keep the service running and secure.
Approximate country: your country, derived from your IP address by our infrastructure, is used only at request time to choose the initial language. It is not stored or linked to you.
Preferences in your browser: we store on your device the language you chose (cookie “nootrion_lang”, 1 year), your advertising choice and your recipe progress (local storage). This data is not sent to us.
Affiliate links: when you click a product labelled as advertising, you pass through a redirect address that records the click without personal data before continuing to the shop. From then on, the privacy policy of the shop or affiliate network applies.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
If advertising is active, we only load Google AdSense after you give consent in the cookie notice. Google may then use cookies and identifiers to show, personalise and measure ads, acting as an independent controller.

Legal bases and retention
Technical logs: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site; kept only as long as strictly necessary (normally up to 30 days).

Browser preferences: necessary to provide the service you requested; you can delete them in your browser settings.
International transfers
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
